Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga, the deliberate weaving together of yoga and childbirth preparation, opens the door for women to reclaim their overall physical, mental and emotional power and their receptivity during the birth process.

Hayley our prenatal teacher  instructs a practice uniquely designed for pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can help support moms-to be emotionally and physically. With an emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength, Prenatal yoga can help you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.

Mother's Blessing Ceremony. Honoring the journey into motherhood.

Unlike the traditional baby shower, where most of the emphasis is quite literally showering the soon to be Earth baby with gifts that will make their transition from womb to Earth easier and more comfortable, (along with special items to help the mother and father assist and adjust in that transition) a Mother’s Blessing is a ceremony to bring focus on the mother, and shower her with love, support, and empowerment on her path to birthing and raising their baby.

This is on an individual basis, offered outside of scheduled class times.  There is more information in the attached document, but for an a general idea:  This is a gathering of you and 10-15 people close to you, in a sacred, safe space to take the time to honor you and your journey to motherhood.  Date and time to be scheduled individually, and price is based on a suggested donation. A sacred space is offered at Lift Easton Yoga Studio @ 54 S. 2nd Street, Easton, Pa 18042

Suggested donation for the ceremony $75 Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Please download this PDF of a Mothers Blessing for full description of the ceremony. We at Lift Easton are very proud and honored to have this sacred ceremony for you.
