Due to the continuous spred of Corona Virus

we will continue to bring our classes to you through Zoom.


Monday

9:00 -10:15am    Basic Hatha        Michele

       This class is to inspire and motivate us to keep up with  

       our practice. All levels welcome

     

Tues  

5:30 - 6:45pm  Slow Vinyasa

       Can be challenging a beyond beginner class,

       We start with getting use to going inward. Warming       

       Sura Namaskar series, twist balance go upside down.


Wed

9:30 -10:15am   Basic Hatha

      Continue to move through the week with more lessons

      alignment and practice moving intentionally with our  

      inhales and exhales. in poses, and finding improvement    

      in balance.  

                                                                     

Thurs

5:30-6:45pm    Dynamic Hatha Flow               

        A mixed level class beyond beginner. Standing  

        poses, balance, breathe and in the end letting go.                    

Friday

9:30 -10:45am  Hatha Flow with Core Essentials.       

         How diaphragmatic breathing improves core strength and       

         balance. Moving as we breathe, expanding our flexibility. lets

         get focused.


11:00 - 12pm  iRrest Yoga Nidra  

      Rest. Resting in Awareness. Life can be hard. iRest can help.

         iRest is a simple and accessible form of meditation designed for

         modern day living.          


Saturday         

9:15 -10:30am   Mixed Level Morning Hatha Flow

      Begin with centering, breathing, and warm up. Gentle flow to

        standing poses.

Class Fees


Drop Yoga class: $10.00


Unlimited monthly fee: $70.00


Private Yoga Sessions: per hour $55.00

These session are suited for beginners

as well as advanced students


A group of 5 privateYoga sessions $250.

A group of 10 private Yoga sessions $475
