Collaborating Movement with Stillness what does that mean? I think of it as cause and effect. Cause and effect, the relationship between two things, when one thing makes something else happen.

Yoga, Cause and Effect: Yoga is the path to the question, Who am I? A regular practice leans us towards more flexibility in the knowledge of moving through life with more acceptance. We can let go of habitual negative stories and find peace of mind. Movement as healing energy.

Massage, Cause and Effect: Massage is a nurturing therapeutic art proven to reduce most negative conditions of painful and emotional limitations. Regular massage therapy keeps us healthy physically and mentally. It supports attention to our need to rest. When we let go and allow support, we becoming still, we rest, restore and revive our energies positively. Stillness as a healing energy.

Three decades of yoga teacher trainings, and massage continuing educations, gifted me a lifetime of lessons and enrichments that guided me to being a spirited yoga coach and dedicated massage therapist. Aligning oneself in yoga poses mentally and physically, can build functional disciplines that you benefit from on and off your yoga mat. We align as a conscious act of awakening to actually living in our bodies as well as our minds.

Dedicated whole heartedly to my massage practice, it is important for me to share the need in understanding how massage therapy is one of the most healing and nurturing ways to find liberation from suffering. All my sessions are personalized to meet your specific needs to deconstruct the negative ramifications of living life in chronic pain, postural imbalances, stress, and trauma. When we are liberated from pain mentally and physically, we feel hope and a sense of joy. Click on schedule a massage to see what I can bring to you for your next massage session.
