Styles of Practice

For those who’ve mastered the basics, Dynamic Flow Yoga is the class that will take you to the next level. Physically, you will build up your strength, endurance and create more stamina. Mentally, your focus and concentration strengthens. Inwardly, your confidence and sense of empowerment will flourish.

Dynamic

 Yoga means Union. We unify the inner-self with the outer-self. A practice in experiencing the opposite sensations of effort and ease, breath and energy, emotion and thought, and this  leads to our balance in all of life. Balance makes us feel complete, it pulls us together, this makes us unified in mind body and spirit. 

Unifying

This is the journey through the core elements of a traditional yoga practice. Movement, Breath Work, Meditation and Philosophy. In Yoga we Root to Rise. We find ground, with alignment in our postures we gain flexibility mentally and physically, we become empowered through our stability.

Foundational

Take time to pause. Yoga gives us the opportunity to find resilience in relaxing the mind and body. Using breath and mindful awareness we learn to relax, balance and create resources to help us on and off the mat to navigate the stresses of life. 

Restorative

A few ways of practicing yoga is by slowing the practice down and tune in to the a beginners mind. Here we cultivate playfulness with children which harmonize with our inner playfulness.
